Mobile Tax Office

A mobile tax office is a convenient personal approach that provides a convenient income tax preparation service. We meet with you in person at your location of convenience within Houston metro area.

Also, we can remotely complete your tax return by using our convenient E-Drop Off service. You control your preference of service delivery, we come to you and your tax preparation experience can be in a convenient location or you can have a complete online experience using our E-Drop Off service featuring a secure client portal with follow up conducted via phone, fax, e-mail, secure file sharing and/or video chat.

Here is how it works:

Option One
If completing tax return in person:
We sit down with you and prepare your personal income tax return at your residence, place of business, or other convenient location.
Our appointment can normally take approximately 30-60 minutes to complete (less time for simple returns and a little more time for first time clients with complex returns). If necessary a follow up appointment may be required that will last about 20-30 minutes.
Upon completion, you will be provided with your choice of a .pdf copy or a hard copy of your tax return for reference.
